What great service! I left a message online on Sunday night. I heard from Makaela first thing Monday morning and she set aside the water pump we needed. We were in the UP and planned to pick it up on Wednesday on our way to Grayling, but were running behind in our travel. Not sure we would arrive by -

WE called ahead since we were driving from the U.P. Not only did the parts manager and some of the staff wait for us, they had the part we needed and allowed us to pick up a couple of additional purchases while we were there. -

These people are very accommodating. They are not a "hands off" after a sale - they go above and beyond the register. They stand behind the products they sale. We bought a new Puma from them 2 YEARS ago and they are STILL making sure we are 110% satisfied. Great staff (ALL of them kind & helpful). Great
